Ghibli Museum, Mitaka, Tokyo
How lovely! It's the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka Tokyo. It was designed by Hayao Miyazaki, based on his original illustrations. There's a small theatre where you can see rare short films, like Mei and the Kittenbus. There's also a cafe, a reading room, a gift shop, and a play area for young children.
